1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
ROI Group (PYT) Ltd is a business in the education industry that sells business-related courses and other educational business products & services, namely; planners and online masterclasses.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 10 days, and delivery confirmed by email.
(for e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc. and must mention the use of courier and/or postal services and associated costs, if applicable.)
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by ROI Group (PTY) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, ROI Group (PTY) Ltd will refund the client in full within 3 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
5. Customer Privacy policy
ROI Group (PTY) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to information Act of (PA A). Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
7. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or by bank transfer into the ROI Group (PYT) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
8. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for ROI Group (PYT) Ltd via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
9. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by ROI Group (PYT) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast secure site. For more detail on DPO PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
10. Security Policy
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

ROI Group (PYT) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
13. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and ROI Group (PYT) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 6 Eaton Avenue Bryanston.
14. Variation
ROI Group (PYT) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
