Winning a tender depends on many factors outside our control (buyer scoring, compliance history, pricing from your own suppliers). ROI Group does not guarantee bid awards, contracts or revenue.
Nothing in the club constitutes legal, tax or financial advice—consult a qualified professional for decisions requiring such advice.
Membership Fee & Access
Monthly fee: R 695 (incl. VAT), billed every 30 days to the payment method you provide.
No refunds: Each monthly payment is non-refundable once processed. If you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the paid-for month and then stops billing
Use of Content
All templates, videos and calculators are ROI Group intellectual property. You may customise them for your own bids or clients, but you may not sell, upload or share them publicly.
Screen-sharing in live sessions is optional; if you do, you confirm you are entitled to show the material
Community Conduct
Keep conversations professional and respectful. No spam, abusive language or off-topic promos.
Breaking the rules can result in removal from the group without refund.
Limitation of Liability
ROI Group’s total liability for any claim related to the membership will not exceed the fee you paid (R 650).
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or data, or consequential damages arising from use of templates or advice.
Payment Security & Data Privacy
Payments are processed through PayFast using 256-bit SSL encryption. We don’t store your card details.
Personal information is used only to manage your membership, send program updates and issue certificates—you can opt out of emails any time. We never sell your data
Program Changes & Termination
ROI Group reserves the right to adjust session times, add or retire templates, or migrate the community to another platform with reasonable notice.
Should the membership be discontinued entirely, no refunds will be issued; however, members will retain access to all downloadable resources distributed up to the discontinuation date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Johannesburg.
