Lerato Sebata is the CEO of ROI Group (Pty) Ltd, a procurement and enterprise development firm redefining how SMEs access and succeed in supply chains. She focuses on market access readiness and digital procurement solutions. With nearly two decades of cross-sector experience, Lerato is a sought-after thought leader and business coach, bringing clarity and commercial insight to procurement’s most pressing challenges for both corporates and entrepreneurs

Committed to breaking barriers in skills development, Lerato aims to enhance access and participation in the business landscape, showcasing her passion for empowering professionals and entrepreneurs. With a BCom Honours in Strategic Management, she is a notable sought-after Speaker and Podcaster, engaging with industry bodies like Smart Procurement, Fetola, Oxalys, and others.

Lerato has collaborated with renowned brands such as Telkom, NYDA, SAMRC, Nedbank, Broadsmart, Broadband Infraco, POLMED, Makro, Africa International Advisors, IDF Capital, and more.
